By using our hardware products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our products and services.

Soundhammer provides hardware products designed for musicians, including but not limited to Pedalboards, Drumshields and Cases. Our services may include maintenance, support, and product updates. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance our products and services at any time.

3. Orders and Payments 

• To place an order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. 

• Pricing and payment terms are subject to change without notice. Payments are due upon order confirmation. 

• All prices are in Rupees, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Soundhammer will make reasonable efforts to deliver products promptly, but delivery times may vary. 

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and notifying us of any defects or damages within 5 days. 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Our products come with a limited warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details on warranty terms and conditions.
