Returns & REFUNDS

Refunds are only based on manufacturing defect. Unwarranted or unsubstantiated reasons are not subject to refund. We’re an independent business and we can’t do refunds for change-of-mind reasons. We appreciate your understanding. 

No exchanges or refund will be made if the product does not suit your requirement in terms of sound. 

Please take videos available online as a reference or a guide to help you decide. The sound is subject to change with every setup. 

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you receive it. 

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Buyer must bear the shipping charge. However, if there is any manufacturing defect then the shipping charge will be refunded. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank/Card issuer’s policies.
