Don't compare it with the bags you get as complementary "gift" when you buy a guitar. Oh my, it feels like i can be at peace knowing flight attendants can bump and kick and nothing will happen. 20mm is thick it protects my Yamaha F310 perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

This bag doesn't fold! The padding is that thick! The bag is built very well with a lot of attention to details. You can only buy a case above this.
